Cold:-The common cold is a viral infection of your nose and throat (upper respiratory tract). It's usually harmless, although it might not feel that way. Many types of viruses can cause a common cold.
Be it winter or summer, there is no protection against colds The following sensible remedies can provide relief from this painful disease.
(1)Toast ground turmeric and take one spoon of cow's milk in the morning and evening to cure cold.
(2) Eating hot gram to roast provides to relief in cold.
(4)Sucking mixed with black pepper powder on lightly heated lemon ends colds.
(5) Eating jaggery and black sesame laddus in winter season does not cause cold.
(6)After frying celery and tying it in a cloth, smelling it frequently provides relief in cold.
(7)Eating celery powder with paan cures cold.
(8)Squeezing lemon in lukewarm water cures colds.
(9)Putting sugar on burning coal and drawing smoke from the nose, prevents colds.
(10)Drinking a little salt in mint tea provides relief in cold.
(11)Licking honey mixed with ginger juice helps to cure colds and sore throat.
(12) Boil pomegranate peels in water and make a d relief drinking it twice a day provides relief in catarrh.
(13) Eat four five black pepper with luke warm water provides relief in cold.
(3) Apply buttermilk to the wrinkles, wash it after one hour. The use of buttermilk improves the skin and reduces wrinkles.
(4,)Grind,baisl,mint or fenugreek leaves and apply them at night. Wash in the morning. If you want to apply it even during the day, then leave it for 5-6 hours.
(5)Apply 🌹 rose water to the orange peel powder. Wash when dry.
(6) Add equal quantity of tomato, cucumber or carrot juice. Wash after 10-15 minutes. Do this twice a day.
(7) Soak some almonds in milk at night, peel off in the morning and grind them finely. Add one spoon of orange juice to it and make a paste and wash it after 15-20 minutes.
